Central Poland Heat Pump Specialists

Efficient heating, thoughtfully installed

From a free on-site assessment through to commissioning and annual maintenance, we handle the full process of bringing heat pump technology into your home.

Free Site Assessment

We visit your property, evaluate the building fabric, and determine whether air-source or ground-source technology is the more suitable choice.

Turnkey Installation

Full installation including adaptation of existing radiator or underfloor heating circuits. One team, one point of contact, complete handover documentation.

Subsidy Assistance

Navigating Czyste Powietrze paperwork can be complex. We help you prepare the application based on publicly available programme guidelines.

About our work

We install and service. We do not manufacture.

That distinction matters. As an independent installer, we select heat pump systems based on what fits each property, not on what we happen to produce. Our job is to understand your home's specific thermal characteristics, its existing heating infrastructure, and its occupants' expectations, then specify and install a system that performs reliably over the long term.

We work exclusively in central Poland, which means we understand the climate patterns, the building stock typical of the region, and the practical realities of working within properties that range from recently built to several decades old.

What we do

Services we provide

Each engagement follows a clear process, from the first conversation through to ongoing care of the installed system.

Step one

On-site assessment at no cost

Before any system is specified, one of our engineers visits the property. We look at the building's insulation level, the existing heating distribution (radiators, underfloor loops, or a mix of both), the available outdoor space, and the ground conditions if ground-source is under consideration.

The outcome is a clear recommendation: which technology is appropriate, why, and what the installation would involve. There is no obligation attached to this visit.

Turnkey installation with heating adaptation

Heat pumps operate at lower flow temperatures than gas boilers, which sometimes means existing radiators need to be upsized to deliver the same heat output. We carry out a room-by-room heat loss calculation and identify which, if any, radiators require attention before the heat pump is commissioned.

For properties with underfloor heating already installed, the adaptation is usually straightforward. We handle the hydraulic connections, the electrical supply, the controls, and the commissioning. You receive a complete set of handover documents.

Optional integration

Hybrid operation with your existing gas boiler

Some households prefer not to decommission their gas boiler immediately. A hybrid configuration allows the heat pump to handle the majority of the heating load throughout the year while the boiler provides backup during the coldest periods or during any planned maintenance window.

We configure the controls so the system switches intelligently based on outdoor temperature and energy pricing signals. This approach can suit properties where the gas connection has remaining contract value, or where the occupants want a gradual transition.

Ongoing care

Maintenance and long-term support

A heat pump is a mechanical system. Like any mechanical system, it performs at its best when it receives regular, qualified attention. Our annual maintenance contract is designed around that reality.

We carry out a thorough seasonal inspection before each heating season begins, check refrigerant charge and system pressures, clean the heat exchanger and outdoor unit, verify control sequences, and produce a written report. If something requires attention, you hear about it from us, not from a breakdown on a cold January evening.

Annual seasonal inspection

Full system check before the heating season. Refrigerant, pressures, controls, electrical connections, and heat exchanger condition all reviewed and documented.

Priority winter service

Maintenance contract holders receive prioritised scheduling for any unplanned callout during the heating season. Response is organised around urgency, not queue position.

Written inspection report

Each visit produces a written record. Useful for warranty purposes, property sale documentation, and understanding the system's condition over time.

Direct contact with your engineer

Contract holders have a direct line to the engineer familiar with their system. No call centres, no re-explaining the setup from scratch each time.

Czyste Powietrze programme

Subsidy paperwork, handled with you

Poland's Czyste Powietrze programme offers co-financing for heat pump installations in existing residential buildings, subject to eligibility criteria set out in the programme rules. The application process involves gathering specific documentation, calculating eligible costs, and submitting through the appropriate regional fund.

We are familiar with the paperwork requirements as they apply to heat pump installations. We help you identify which benefit tier applies to your household, compile the technical documentation for the installation, and prepare the application. We base everything on the publicly available programme rules and the guidance published by the National Fund for Environmental Protection.

If you are outside these areas, contact us and we will let you know whether your location falls within our current service reach.

Start with a conversation

The first step is always the on-site assessment. It costs nothing and gives you clear, specific information about what heat pump technology could look like for your property. No generic quotations based on property size alone.
